Does Rung work when my phone is on silent? Yes. Rung uses vibration and a system sound that bypasses silent mode so you never miss a step.

Can I add steps while the timer is already running? Yes. You can add and adjust steps at any time during a session.

Can I anchor steps to the end of the timer? Yes. Steps can be anchored to the start or the end - so you can set reminders like "5 minutes before done" without doing the math yourself.

Does Rung work in the background? Yes. Live Activity keeps your current step visible on the lock screen without opening the app.

What iOS version do I need? Rung requires iOS 17 or later.
